DeLain has been in clinical practice for over 25 years, specializing in the treatment of depressive and anxiety disorders,
trauma, and eating disorders. Psychotherapy treatment includes individual, marital, and/or family focus. Psychological
evaluation of Public Safety Professionals is provided.

up appointments, & in billing your insurance for services. Please call your insurance carrier before your first
session, and tell them you have a few questions about your Outpatient Mental Health benefits. Ask:
they require preauthorization before your first session;

All forensic [court-related]
psychological assessment is paid by retainer only; Insurance is not billed, as it typically will not pay for
evaluations pertaining to legal cases vs. medical necessity.

- $175.00 per psychotherapy session
- $225.00 per hr of psychological
- $325.00 per hr of forensic work outside of office
